
How To Make Easy Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
Whether served with soup or just as a plain side, you can never go wrong with cheddar biscuits drizzled with butter infused with garlic and parsley!

Ingredients
- 2tbspbutter,melted
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- 2cupsHeart Smart Bisquick
- 3.5ozsharp cheddar cheese,shredded, Cabot 50% reduced fat
- â…”cupfat free milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a small frying pan, then add half of the garlic. Sauté on low heat for about 1 minute.

Remove from heat, then add the parsley.

In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and the remaining garlic.

Stir in the milk, then mix; making sure not to over mix.

Drop the batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Brush or drizzle the biscuits with melted butter.

Bake for 5 more minutes, or until lightly browned on the bottom.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
