How To Make Easy Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

Whether served with soup or just as a plain side, you can never go wrong with cheddar biscuits drizzled with butter infused with garlic and parsley!

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 25 minutes



  • 2tbspbutter,melted
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped
  • 2cupsHeart Smart Bisquick
  • 3.5ozsharp cheddar cheese,shredded, Cabot 50% reduced fat
  • cupfat free milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Melt the butter in a small frying pan, then add half of the garlic. Sauté on low heat for about 1 minute.

  4. Remove from heat, then add the parsley.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and the remaining garlic.

  6. Stir in the milk, then mix; making sure not to over mix.

  7. Drop the batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.

  8. Bake for 10 minutes.

  9. Brush or drizzle the biscuits with melted butter.

  10. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until lightly browned on the bottom.

  11. Serve warm, and enjoy!
