How To Make Easy Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
Whether served with soup or just as a plain side, you can never go wrong with cheddar biscuits drizzled with butter infused with garlic and parsley!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a small frying pan, then add half of the garlic. Sauté on low heat for about 1 minute.
Remove from heat, then add the parsley.
In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and the remaining garlic.
Stir in the milk, then mix; making sure not to over mix.
Drop the batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Brush or drizzle the biscuits with melted butter.
Bake for 5 more minutes, or until lightly browned on the bottom.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
