Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the frozen green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

  4. Add the cooked green beans to the mushroom sauce mixture and mix until evenly coated.

  5. Transfer the green bean mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  6. Top with fried onions.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and the fried onions are golden brown.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
