Instructions

  2. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil.

  3. Divide the carrots evenly onto the foil pieces.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  5. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the carrots, ensuring they are well coated.

  6. Fold the foil over the carrots, sealing tightly to create individual foil packets.

  7. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.

  8. Carefully open the foil packets, using tongs or a fork, and transfer the carrots to a serving dish.
