  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup of frozen peas
  • 2 green onions, chopped


  1. In a wok or large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

  2. Add the diced carrots and frozen peas and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

  3. Stir in the cooked rice and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and soy sauce.

  5. Pour the honey soy sauce mixture over the rice and vegetables and stir to combine.

  6. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well blended and the rice is slightly caramelized.

  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
