- 200g biscuit crumbs
- 100g melted butter
- 400g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 200g sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
