Ingredients

  • 4 large biscuits
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

  2. Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then crumble into small pieces.

  3. Flatten each biscuit and press into the muffin tin cups, forming a small cup shape.

  4. Crack an egg into each biscuit cup and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top of each egg.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the eggs are set.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before carefully removing the biscuit cups from the muffin tin.
