- 4 large biscuits
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then crumble into small pieces.

Flatten each biscuit and press into the muffin tin cups, forming a small cup shape.
