How To Make Zucchini Pasta with Raw Marinara Sauce

Talk about everything raw! This Zucchini pasta with marinara sauce surprises you with a flavor that tingles your tastebuds with its overall freshness!

Ingredients

  • 3zucchini,stems removed
  • 28oztomatoes,crushed
  • ¼cupsun-dried tomatoes in oil,optional
  • 1red bell pepper,stemmed and seeded
  • 5garlic cloves,peeled
  • ¼white onion,peeled
  • 1tbspbasil,fresh packed
  • ½tspdried oregano
  • ½tspred pepper flakes,crushed, use more/less to taste
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tspblack pepper,freshly-cracked

Instructions

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to shave the zucchini into long ribbons. Set aside.

  2. In a food processor, combine the remaining ingredients and pulse until blended. Season with additional salt and pepper if necessary.

  3. Serve the zucchini topped with marinara sauce.
