How To Make Spinach & Feta Cannelloni

Ingredients

  • 8 cannelloni tubes
  • 2 cups of spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the cannelloni tubes according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Spoon the spinach and feta mixture into each cannelloni tube, filling it completely.

  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the filled cannelloni tubes in a single layer on top of the sauce.

  5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the cannelloni tubes, covering them completely.

  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the cannelloni is heated through.

  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
