  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
