  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat and sauté chicken until cooked through. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

  3. Pour heavy cream over chicken and garlic, and bring to a simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.

  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper.

  5. Serve hot with fresh parsley for garnish.
