  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Add the shrimp into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until pink.

  5. Once cooked, add lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper and mix well.

  6. Toss in cooked pasta and parsley and mix until fully combined.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
