  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 4 slices ham, diced
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, add the penne pasta, frozen peas, diced ham, pesto, and chicken broth.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.

  4. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced, stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
