Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.

  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, walnuts, and blue cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
