How To Make Zesty One Pot Shrimp Pasta

Our shrimp pasta recipe offers a delectable and zesty taste, made with Tasty Zesty Spice Blend, shrimps, and spinach topped with lemon juice, and Parmesan!

Total: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • kosher salt
  • 8ozlinguine
  • 8tbspbutter,unsalted, divided
  • lblarge shrimp
  • 1pouchTasty Zesty Spice Blend
  • 4cupsbaby spinach,fresh
  • ¼cupParmesan cheese,grated
  • 2tbsplemon juice,fresh

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 9 minutes, stirring frequently, until al dente.

  2. Drain the pasta and set aside.

  3. In the same pot, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the shrimps and season with the Tasty Zesty Spice Blend seasoning.

  4. Cook for about 3 minutes until the shrimps start to turn pink, but not fully cooked. Add the spinach and cook for about 3 minutes until wilted.

  5. Add the linguine to the pot, along with the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the butter melts and the pasta is well-coated.

  6. Add the lemon juice and toss once more to incorporate.

  7. Serve the pasta hot.

  8. Enjoy!
