How To Make Tuna & Caper Orzo with Parsley

Ingredients
- 8 oz orzo pasta
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add tuna and capers, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked orzo to the skillet and mix well to combine.

Stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve hot and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
