How To Make Tomato and Cheese Summer Pasta
Simple enough to whip up in 15 minutes, this summer pasta has the freshness of tomatoes and the creaminess of mozzarella tossed with basil and garlic.

- 16ozlinguini pasta
- 6roma tomatoes,chopped
- 1lbmozzarella cheese,shredded
- ⅓cupfresh basil,chopped
- 6garlic cloves,minced
- ½cupolive oil
- ½tspgarlic salt
- ground black pepper,to taste
Instructions

Combine the tomatoes, cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, garlic salt, and black pepper in medium bowl. Set aside.

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta, and transfer to a serving bowl.
