- 16ozspaghetti
- 6slicesbacon
- 3eggs
- ½cupmilk
- 1tspsalt
- 1tspground black pepper,fresh
- 2tbspavocado oil,like Acadoâ„¢
- 1cuppetite peas,thawed
- 2garlic cloves,chopped
- 1cupParmesan cheese,grated
- 2tbspparsley,fresh, chopped

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite. Drain.

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Crumble into small pieces.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spaghetti, milk mixture, peas, and garlic.
