  • 16ozspaghetti
  • 6slicesbacon
  • 3eggs
  • ½cupmilk
  • 1tspsalt
  • 1tspground black pepper,fresh
  • 2tbspavocado oil,like Acadoâ„¢
  • 1cuppetite peas,thawed
  • 2garlic cloves,chopped
  • 1cupParmesan cheese,grated
  • 2tbspparsley,fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite. Drain.

  2. Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Crumble into small pieces.

  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

  4. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spaghetti, milk mixture, peas, and garlic.

  5. Cook and stir for 5 to 10 minutes, until milk mixture is heated through and coats the spaghetti. Stir in bacon and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Garnish with parsley, then serve and enjoy.
