How To Make Spaghetti Olio

  • 16ozspaghettini
  • ¾cupbutter,divided
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • ground black pepper,to taste


  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

  2. Add the pasta, then cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.

  3. Drain the pasta from the water, then set aside.

  4. Melt ¼ cup of the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add the garlic, then sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  6. Melt the remaining butter in the skillet with the garlic.

  7. In a bowl, combine the butter with the noodles, then mix well.

  8. Add ground black pepper pepper, to taste.

  9. Serve warm, and enjoy!
