How To Make Spaghetti Olio

Ingredients
- 16ozspaghettini
- ¾cupbutter,divided
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- ground black pepper,to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Add the pasta, then cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.

Drain the pasta from the water, then set aside.

Melt ¼ cup of the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic, then sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Melt the remaining butter in the skillet with the garlic.

In a bowl, combine the butter with the noodles, then mix well.

Add ground black pepper pepper, to taste.
