
How To Make Roasted Cherry Tomato Pasta
Sweet, sour, and smoky flavors can be experienced in this roasted cherry tomato pasta made with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and herbs for a simple bite.

Ingredients
- 6cupscherry tomatoes,halved
- 4clovesgarlic,minced
- 3tbspolive oil
- 2tbspbalsamic vinegar
- ½tspdried basil
- ½tsporegano
- salt and freshly ground pepper,to taste
- 1lbpasta,refrigerated or use boxed if preferred
For Garnish:
- ¼cupbasil,sliced fresh
- â…“cupparmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Gently toss all ingredients, except for pasta.

Place on a foil-lined pan and roast for 15 minutes or until softened. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes to add a little bit of color once softened.

Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until tender but firm. Drain, do not rinse and place in a large bowl.

Add tomatoes and any pan juices to the pasta and toss to combine.

Serve and garnish with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
