How To Make Quick Chili Mac and Cheese

This easy chili mac and cheese recipe only calls for 5 ingredients for a quick dish! Cheddar and macaroni are simmered with salsa for a scrumptious plate.

  • 1lbground beef
  • 16ozsalsa,(1 jar)
  • 15ozkidney beans,(1 can), rinsed, drained
  • ½lbelbow macaroni,cooked
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded


  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the grease.

  2. Add the salsa and kidney beans to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, then simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the cooked macaroni and Cheddar cheese. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
