Ingredients

  • 8 oz orzo pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the cooked orzo to the skillet and toss to coat it in the garlic-infused oil.

  4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and coats the pasta.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
