How To Make Pantry Pasta

Make a pasta dish that is easy with accessible ingredients. In this pasta recipe, we are going to use common ingredients from the pantry.

  • 1can anchovies
  • 1can clamsliquid, chopped
  • ½ boxspaghetti
  • 3clovesgarlicminced
  • 1cuponionmedium-sized
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 2tbspbutter
  • 1tspfresh ground black pepper
  • 1tspred pepper flake
  • 1tspsalt


  1. Cook pasta al dente according to box instructions

  2. On medium-high heat, add onions and garlic to a pan with olive oil and butter and sweat until translucent. Add the entire can of anchovies, including the oil.

  3. Mix until the anchovies disintegrate. Then, add the entire can of chopped clams, including the juice

  4. Reduce heat to-medium low and reduce the liquid down at least 50% while pasta finishes cooking. Add the pasta and mix well.

  5. Season with fresh ground pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes and serve hot.

  6. Enjoy!
