
How To Make Mozzarella Chicken Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes
Mozzarella adds a special creaminess to this chicken pasta that’s cooked in a sauce with lots of basil and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 1lbchicken breasts,boneless skinless
- 1tbspolive oil
- salt and pepper
- 4ozsun tomatoes,dried
- 1cuphalf and half
- 1cupmozzarella cheese
- ½cupbasil,chopped
- ¼tspred pepper flakes
- ½cupwater
- 8ozpasta,cooked
Instructions

In a medium sized skillet add the olive oil and chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium high heat until no longer pink in the center.

Add sun dried tomatoes, half and half, mozzarella cheese, basil, red pepper flakes, and water and stir until cheese is melted and sauce starts to thicken.

Toss with cooked pasta and serve immediately.
