How To Make Microwave Mac ‘n’ Cheese

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions

Place the elbow macaroni in a microwave-safe dish and add enough water to cover it. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the macaroni is cooked to your desired tenderness. Drain the water.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the cooked macaroni. Stir well to combine.

Microwave the mac ‘n’ cheese mixture on high for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thickened. Stir halfway through cooking.

Let the mac ‘n’ cheese sit for a minute or two before serving to allow the sauce to thicken further. Serve hot and enjoy!
