How To Make Marmite & Pancetta Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 oz pancetta, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Marmite
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the pancetta and cook until crispy and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  5. Add the Marmite and stir until dissolved.

  6. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the Marmite mixture.

  7. Toss the spaghetti to coat it evenly with the Marmite sauce.

  8. Add the cooked pancetta back to the skillet and toss to combine.

  9. Serve the Marmite & Pancetta Spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top.
