This pressure-cooker mac and cheese recipe serves a creamy and tender rendition of the Kraft's classic that's ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups fresh water
  • ½ cup butter
  • 12 oz milk
  • ½ cup Hoosier Farms Big Daddy Mac

Instructions

  1. Add pasta, butter, and water to the pressure cooker cooking pot.

  2. Lock-on lid and close pressure valve.

  3. Cook at High pressure for 2 minutes.

  4. When the beep is heard, carefully do a Quick Release.

  5. Open lid and stir in the Big Daddy Mac/Milk mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
