How To Make Linguine Pasta with Broccoli Rabe
A medley of bitterness from broccoli rabe, saltiness from pancetta, and nutty sweetness from pine nuts makes up this delectable linguine pasta dish!

Ingredients
- ¼cuppine nuts
- ¼lbpancetta
- 3tbspolive oil
- 4garlic cloves
- ¼tspred-pepper flakes,dried
- 1lbbroccoli rabe
- ¼tspsalt
- ¾lblinguine
Instructions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Toast the pine nuts in the oven for about 8 minutes, until they are golden brown.

In a large frying pan, cook the pancetta with the oil over moderate heat until beginning to crisp. Add the garlic and red-pepper flakes and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the broccoli rabe for about 3 minutes, until almost done. Drain.

Add the broccoli rabe to the frying pan along with the salt and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the linguine for about 12 minutes until just done.

Drain and toss with the broccoli rabe and pine nuts.
