How To Make Italian Sausage and Penne

Italian sausage and penne make for a great weeknight meal. This pasta dish also has broccoli, tomatoes, and lots of creamy cheese.

  • 8ozpenne pasta,uncooked
  • 1lbhot Italian sausage
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • 28ozseasoned tomatoes,diced
  • 2cupsbroccoli florets
  • ½cupitalian cheese blend
  • 1cupheavy whipping cream


  1. Cook pasta according to box.

  2. While pasta is cooking, heat sausage in a large skillet until cooked through. Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Add tomatoes, broccoli, cream and shredded cheese. Cook for 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

  4. Add pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with more cheese before serving. Enjoy!
