
How To Make Homemade Spaghetti Pie
This homemade spaghetti pie is the perfect combination of three Italian classics—pasta, cheese, and meat sauce shaped like pie for a creamy and tasty dish.

Ingredients
- 1cupmozzarella cheese
For the Spaghetti Crust:
- 6ozspaghetti
- 2tbspbutter
- 2eggs
- ½cupParmesan cheese
For the Cheese Layer:
- 1cupricotta cheese
- 2tbspparsley
- ½tspdried basil
For the Meat Sauce:
- 1lbground beef
- ½onion,small, diced
- 14oztomatoes,diced, drained
- 2cupspasta sauce
Instructions
Spaghetti Crust:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook spaghetti and drain. Toss with butter. Stir in eggs and parmesan cheese.

Place spaghetti in a greased deep-dish pie plate. Press to form a crust.
Cheese Layer:

Combine ricotta cheese, parsley, and basil. Spread mixture over spaghetti.
Meat Sauce:

Brown beef and onion until no pink remains. Drain any fat. Add tomatoes and pasta sauce. Simmer 10 minutes or until thickened. Spread over ricotta cheese.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with mozzarella and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
