How To Make Greek Ziti
Incredibly simple and yet still packing a punch of flavor, this Greek ziti has steamed chicken and is seasoned with oregano & parsley with feta & tomato.

Ingredients
- 1cuplow-sodium chicken broth,(canned or homemade stock)
- 2tspdried oregano
- 3chicken,boneless
- ½lbziti
- 4ozfeta cheese
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1tspsalt
- ½tspfresh ground black pepper
- 3tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- 1½cupscherry tomatoes
Instructions

In a large frying pan, simmer the chicken broth and the oregano for about 4 minutes until ½ cup of liquid remains in the pan.

Stir in the chicken cubes, cover the pan, and remove it from the heat.

Let the chicken steam in the hot broth for about 8 minutes until just done.

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the ziti for about 13 minutes until just done.

Drain the pasta and toss it with the chicken mixture, the feta, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Stir until the cheese is completely melted.

Toss in the cherry tomatoes.
