- 1batch20-minute Ricotta Gnocchi
- 8tbspunsalted butter
- 20largesage leavesfresh
- ¼tspred pepper flakescrushed
- 1smalllemonfresh
- Parmesan cheesefreshly-grated
- fine sea salt and freshly-cracked black pepperto taste
Instructions

Cook the ricotta gnocchi according to recipe instructions.

Heat the butter in a large sautĆ© pan over medium-high heat.Ā Once the butter has nearly melted, add in the sage leaves and crushed red pepper flakes.Ā

Continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the butter has turned a light brown color and the sage leaves are crispy.Ā

Remove pan from the heat.Ā Add in the cooked and drained gnocchi and about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the zest and juice of the lemon.Ā

Toss to combine.Ā Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
