How To Make Garlic Butter Pasta

This pasta recipe proves that you can pack a lot of flavors into a simple dish. It’s loaded with garlic, carrots, bell peppers, olives, and cheese.

  • 16ozbowtie pasta
  • ½cupbutter
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • ½red bell pepper,cut into strips
  • ½green bell pepper,cut into strips
  • ½cupolives,diced
  • ½cupbaby carrots,cut into tears
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • fresh parsley,garnish


  1. Cook pasta as directed on box.

  2. While pasta is cooking, add butter, garlic, bell peppers and baby carrots to pan. Sautee for 8 to 10 minutes on low-medium heat.

  3. Add olives and cook an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Drain pasta and add to veggie pan. Mix well until pasta is coated.

  5. Top with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese right before serving. Enjoy!
