How To Make Fusilli Pasta with Artichoke Hearts

Nutty artichoke hearts and fusilli is tossed in creamy parmesan sauce to yield this rich and luscious fusilli pasta dish!

  • 2tbspbutter
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1cupheavy cream
  • ¾tspsalt
  • 1tspfresh ground black pepper
  • cupsartichoke hearts,canned
  • ¾lbfusilli
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 2tbspchives,chopped


  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over moderately low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  2. Stir in the cream, salt, pepper, and artichoke hearts. Cook for about 3 minutes, until just heated through.

  3. In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the fusilli for about 13 minutes, until just done.

  4. Drain the pasta and toss with the cream sauce, Parmesan, and chives.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
