How To Make Fusilli Pasta with Artichoke Hearts
Nutty artichoke hearts and fusilli is tossed in creamy parmesan sauce to yield this rich and luscious fusilli pasta dish!

Ingredients
- 2tbspbutter
- 2garlic cloves
- 1cupheavy cream
- ¾tspsalt
- 1tspfresh ground black pepper
- 2½cupsartichoke hearts,canned
- ¾lbfusilli
- ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
- 2tbspchives,chopped
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over moderately low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in the cream, salt, pepper, and artichoke hearts. Cook for about 3 minutes, until just heated through.

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the fusilli for about 13 minutes, until just done.

Drain the pasta and toss with the cream sauce, Parmesan, and chives.
