Ingredients

  • 1tbspbutter
  • 1cupcouscous
  • 1cupwater,or broth
  • ¼tspsalt
  • seasonings,optional

Instructions

  1. Bring water and butter to a boil.

  2. Add couscous, salt and any seasonings. Stir to combine.

  3. Cover, remove from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes.

  4. Fluff couscous with a fork and serve.
