Ingredients

  • 1 box fettuccine, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 12 oz white mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat oil.

  2. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
