How To Make Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta Skillet
Sink your teeth into this mouthwatering plate of chicken pasta for dinner! It’s coated in a creamy tomato sauce for a heartier meal.

Ingredients
- 1tbspolive oil
- 3garlic cloves
- 8ozrotini pasta
- 14ozdiced tomatoes,with juice
- 3tbsptomato paste
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- ½tspchili flakes,optional
- 3cupswater
- 2cupschicken,chopped, cooked, or leftover chicken
- 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- ⅔cupheavy cream
- 1ozparmesan cheese,fresh
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 6ozmozzarella cheese,shredded
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large oven-proof skillet.

Add the garlic, then cook until fragrant.

Stir in the pasta, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning and 2½ cups of water.

Let simmer, uncovered, for 9 to 11 minutes until the pasta is cooked, adding water if needed.

Stir in the heavy cream and chicken.

Let simmer for an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Remove from heat, then stir in the parsley and parmesan cheese.

Top with mozzarella cheese, then broil until bubbly and lightly browned.
