How To Make Chicken Tetrazzini

This cheesy chicken tetrazzini is a creamy pasta recipe made with chunks of chicken and mozzarella cheese! It’s baked until bubbly in less than an hour.

Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 40 minutes



  • 1lbchicken breast,cooked, chopped
  • 1lbspaghetti,cooked 2 minutes shy of directions
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • 1cancream of chicken soup
  • 1cancream of mushroom soup
  • 2cupschicken broth
  • 1tbspBetter than Bouillon chicken base,or chicken bouillon
  • ¾cupmozzarella cheese,shredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Add the chicken, spaghetti, garlic, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and Better than Bouillon into a large mixing bowl, then mix until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch pan, then cover with mozzarella cheese.

  4. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
