Ingredients

  • 8ozrotini pasta
  • cupschicken breast,shredded
  • cupred pepper,chopped
  • cupcelery,chopped, optional
  • ½cupbuffalo sauce
  • ½cupranch dressing
  • 2tbspmayonnaise
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • tspground black pepper
  • 1cupmozzarella cheese,shredded
  • 2tbspscallions,chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.

  2. Add chicken breast and red pepper, then stir to combine.

  3. In a separate, medium-sized bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and black pepper to make a sauce.

  4. Pour sauce over pasta mixture and stir until well combined.

  5. Stir in mozzarella cheese while the pasta is still warm to melt the cheese. Top with chives.

  6. Serve warm or chilled.
