How To Make Bobbe’s Super Cheesy Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.

Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and milk. Stir until well combined.

Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
