- 8ozpasta,I used bowtie
- ¼cuplight mayonnaise
- ¼cupmilk
- 1½tspdijon mustard
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- ¾tspsalt
- 4cupsromaine,lightly packed, sliced
- ½lbbacon,sliced, cooked until crisp and chopped
- 2largetomatoes,sliced
- 2avocados,diced
- ¼cupfeta cheese,crumbled
- pepper,to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.

In a large bowl whisk light mayonnaise, milk, dijon mustard, garlic and salt. Add the romaine, bacon, tomatoes and avocados.

Toss lightly until coated. Sprinkle with feta cheese and pepper if desired and serve.
