How To Make BLT Avocado Pasta Salad

Put a spin into the flavors of BLT and make this amazing pasta salad with avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, and feta in a creamy mayo-dijon dressing.

  • 8ozpasta,I used bowtie
  • ¼cuplight mayonnaise
  • ¼cupmilk
  • tspdijon mustard
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • ¾tspsalt
  • 4cupsromaine,lightly packed, sliced
  • ½lbbacon,sliced, cooked until crisp and chopped
  • 2largetomatoes,sliced
  • 2avocados,diced
  • ¼cupfeta cheese,crumbled
  • pepper,to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.

  2. In a large bowl whisk light mayonnaise, milk, dijon mustard, garlic and salt. Add the romaine, bacon, tomatoes and avocados.

  3. Toss lightly until coated. Sprinkle with feta cheese and pepper if desired and serve.
