How To Make Baked Lemon Butter Salmon Pasta

Lemon and butter provide an additional fresh taste to the oven-roasted salmon. This makes an amazing salmon pasta dish that is quick, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients

For Salmon:

  • 1lbsalmon,skinless and boneless, one piece or multiple pieces
  • 2clovesgarlic,finely sliced
  • 4tbspunsalted butter
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 3tbsplemon juice
  • salt and pepper

For Pasta:

  • ½lbsfettuccine,or other pasta of choice, cooked per packet directions
  • ¼cupdill and parsley,finely chopped, combination, or just one of them

Finishing:

  • More lemon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees F.

  2. Place salmon in a small baking dish. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

  3. Top with butter and garlic, drizzle over lemon and olive oil.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through.

  5. Cool for a few minutes, then flake into large chunks – it will break up more when tossing.

  6. Add pasta and herbs into the pan. Toss gently to coat pasta with pan juices.

  7. Add more lemon if desired. Season with salt and pepper.

  8. Serve immediately!
