How To Make Whole Wheat Pancake Mix

No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! There’re easy recipes for all kinds of different pancakes. We have thick and thin pancakes and ones with fruits like blueberries and banana. Don’t forget fluffy, Japanese-inspired pancakes! Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 25 minutes



  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter


  1. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay.

  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  5. Grease the skillet lightly with butter or cooking spray.

  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  9. Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
