Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and milk.

  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a few seconds until the edges start to set.

  4. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs to scramble them.

  5. Continue stirring and cooking until the eggs are fully cooked but still moist and slightly runny.

  6. Remove from heat and let them sit for a minute to finish cooking.
