  • 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

  2. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, and cook until softened.

  3. Add shredded roast beef, potatoes, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the hash is heated through and crispy.
