Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, sugar, mayonnaise, condensed milk, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.

  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  5. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
