  • 1 small cauliflower head, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Steam the chopped cauliflower until tender, then drain and set aside.

  4. Stir in the steamed cauliflower until well combined.
