  • 2 cups oat bran
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bread loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oat bran, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, milk, and beaten eggs.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.

  8. Slice and serve.
