  • 4 packs unsweetened frozen acai puree
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 8-10 fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Blend the acai puree, bananas, mixed berries, almond milk, and honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 serving bowls.
  3. Top each bowl with a layer of granola, shredded coconut, and sliced strawberries.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
