  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

  3. Place the diced shrimp, shredded cheese, diced onion, and diced bell pepper evenly over the pie crust.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp and vegetables in the pie crust.

  5. Carefully transfer the quiche to the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
