- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
-
In a large bowl, whisk together the sourdough starter, eggs, flour, milk, water, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
-
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
-
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
-
Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the crêpe is golden brown on the bottom.
-
Flip the crêpe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.
-
Remove the crêpe from the skillet and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
-
Serve the sourdough crêpes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, syrup, or whipped cream.
